Refund policy

New items
We offer refunds for unused/ unopened items up to 30 days after purchase (minus shipping and handling fee). Any item returned after 30 days is not eligible for a refund.

Before making a return, we ask that you call or email us with your order number so we can note your invoice. This will help us process your return more quickly.

Damaged/Incorrect items
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you need help with your purchase, feel free to give us a call or email. We can help our customers fix any problems they may be having. If your item(s) arrived damaged or your order was incorrect, BlankAmmo.com will replace the item at our expense. The customer must notify BlankAmmo.com within two business days of receiving a defective or damaged item.

Used items
Items returned in less-than-original condition are subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. Such items may be eligible for a partial refund or may not qualify for a refund at all. Special and custom orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
